As President of Blue Line Electric, Aaron brings over 25 years of experience in the electrical industry and a lifelong commitment to service and integrity. He grew up in Allen, TX and after proudly serving 14 years as a Police Officer and K9 Handler, he retired to focus full-time on his passion for building a business that reflects the values he lives by.

In 2006, Aaron became a licensed Master Electrician, and in 2016, he, his wife Kristin, and son Grant, founded Blue Line Electric with a clear mission: to be the most trusted electricians in our community—where our clients, team members, and neighbors thrive together. As a family-owned and operated business, we take pride in delivering honest, high-quality service with a personal touch.  At Blue Line Electric, we’re more than just electricians—we’re a family serving families.

Kristin Bond

Executive VP

Kristin brings over a decade of real estate experience to her role as Executive Vice President. With a passion for leadership, marketing, and cultivating a strong team culture, she is dedicated to supporting both the success of the company and the satisfaction of its clients. Kristin plays a key role in shaping the customer experience and ensuring that service remains a top priority across the board.

Outside of work, Kristin is a proud wife to Aaron for over 20 years and mom to their son, Grant. Her commitment to family and community drives everything she does—both personally and professionally.

Samantha Ndiaye

Office Manager

Samantha brings over a decade of experience in office operations, process coordination, and team leadership to her role as Office Manager at Blue Line Electric. With an Associate’s degree in Information Technology, she combines strong administrative expertise with a solid technical foundation—integrating digital tools and streamlined workflows to keep the office running efficiently.

Her organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to bridge operational needs with innovative solutions make her an invaluable part of the team. Samantha ensures that both customers and team members experience the professionalism, care, and quality that define Blue Line Electric.

Outside of work, Samantha enjoys spontaneous outings with her husband, crafting sparkly creations, and attending car shows. Her blend of professional dedication and creative energy reflects the dynamic and well-rounded approach she brings to both her career and life.

Shaune Yarbrough

Field Supervisor

As a Field Supervisor at Blue Line Electric, Shaune brings nearly a decade of experience in the electrical trade and a reputation for getting the job done right the first time. Known for his attention to detail and commitment to excellence, he specializes in both residential and commercial projects, combining technical expertise with a strong focus on safety, precision, and client satisfaction.

In his role as a training supervisor, Shaune provides clear guidance and fosters a client-focused approach within the team. His leadership ensures that every project runs smoothly, transparently, and to the highest standard—reflecting the quality and integrity that define Blue Line Electric.

Cody Moran

Technician

As a Senior Technician at Blue Line Electric, Cody brings nearly a decade of experience and the expertise of a licensed Master Electrician—a milestone few achieve at such a young age. Known for his meticulous attention to detail, Cody has a passion for clean, precise installations that not only meet but exceed electrical code standards.

Specializing in both residential and commercial repairs and installations, Cody is dedicated to delivering work that combines safety, functionality, and craftsmanship. His commitment to excellence ensures that every project reflects the quality and integrity that Blue Line Electric stands for.

Jack Evans

Technician

Jack began his electrical career right here at Blue Line Electric and has spent the past two years gaining hands-on experience in the field. With his Residential Wireman license on the horizon, Jack is dedicated to honing his skills and delivering quality workmanship on every project.

Known for his strong work ethic and eagerness to learn, Jack contributes to both residential and light commercial projects, always working to uphold Blue Line Electric’s high standards for safety, precision, and customer service.

Outside of work, Jack enjoys playing and watching soccer, bringing the same energy and teamwork he values on the field to his role with the Blue Line Electric crew. 

Grant Bond

Technician

As the son of Aaron and Kristin Bond, Grant has grown up alongside Blue Line Electric, becoming an integral part of the family business from the very beginning. From riding along on service calls to working as an apprentice electrician, he’s learned the trade hands-on while also gaining valuable insight into running a successful electrical contracting company. Grant takes pride in carrying on the family’s commitment to quality, integrity, and community, ensuring the next generation of Blue Line Electric continues to thrive.

Alexander Dane

Technician

Alex is a skilled electrician with over 5 years of experience in the electrical trade. Known for his honesty and practical troubleshooting skills, he places a strong focus on building lasting customer relationships while delivering high-quality work that meets Blue Line Electric’s standards for safety and craftsmanship.

Whether working on installations, repairs, or maintenance, Alex takes pride in providing reliable solutions and a positive experience for every client. Outside of work, Alex enjoys hiking, playing disc golf, and exploring creative outlets like writing and drawing — an approach that adds a thoughtful, precision-driven touch to his electrical projects. 

Paz Kohavi

Technician

Paz has proudly called this community home for over 48 years and brings more than 25 years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician to the Blue Line Electric team. Dedicated to safety and quality, Paz takes pride in making homes and workplaces safe, functional, and reliable—whether working on residential repairs or commercial installations.

Known for his friendly approach and commitment to client satisfaction, Paz enjoys building lasting relationships with customers while delivering work that meets the highest standards. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking as well as spending time in the great outdoors.

Cody Turner

Technician

Cody brings over 20 years of experience in law enforcement, where he developed a strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to perform effectively in high-responsibility environments. Now in a new chapter at Blue Line Electric, Cody is committed to serving both clients and team members with professionalism and integrity.

Cody believes that hard work matters, that effort put in eventually shows, and that people are ultimately responsible for the things they choose to do. Accountability, follow-through, and doing right by others are values he takes seriously.

Outside of work, Cody enjoys spending time with friends and family and is a longtime fan of the Texas Rangers and the Dallas Stars.

K9 Knox

Shop Dog / Retired Police K9 / Chief Morale Officer

Knox spent 8 years serving proudly as Aaron’s Police K9 partner, helping keep the community safe one sniff at a time. Now enjoying his well-earned retirement, Knox has traded in chasing suspects for chasing tennis balls and greeting visitors at the Blue Line Electric office.

As our beloved “shop dog,” Knox specializes in boosting team morale, supervising lunch breaks, and making sure every customer who stops by gets a proper tail wag. While he may be off duty, he still keeps a watchful eye on the team—just with a lot more naps in between.
